Rev. Eve is the Founder and CEO of Complete Woman CIC, a charitable organisation established in 2009 and incorporated in 2018. Created to support migrant women and marginalised communities navigating complex legal, economic, and social systems, Complete Woman has evolved from frontline crisis support into a nationally recognised organisation working at the intersection of:

  • Ethical Labour Systems – Protecting workers from exploitation and systemic harm
  • Economic Justice – Creating pathways to financial inclusion and empowerment
  • Leadership Development – Building capacity among women with lived experience
  • Migration Policy – Influencing systems-level change through evidence-based advocacy

The organisation delivers trauma-informed support, leadership pathways for women with lived experience, and systemic advocacy, particularly in relation to sponsored labour in health and social care.

National Recognition & Awards

Complete Woman CIC was nominated for the Rebuilding Lives Category at the Anti-Slavery Awards 2025 by the Human Trafficking Foundation, recognising the organisation’s impact in protecting migrant workers from exploitation and systemic harm.

Initiated the Humans Not Commodities: Work Justice Campaign – Now adopted nationally by Citizens UK, this campaign challenges exploitative labour practices and advocates for dignity in work

Co-visioned the Leeds Sponsored Workers Hub – A groundbreaking support system for migrant workers in sponsored employment
